Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Outlyst ("Service"), operated by Outlyst ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Outlyst provides AI-powered tools for Dubai real estate brokers, including listing description optimization, financial studies based on Dubai Land Department data, competitor analysis, and 3D walkthrough features. The Service is currently provided free of charge during the beta period.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Outlyst. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You may sign in using Google, Apple, GitHub, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE laws or RERA regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted
  • Submit listings you do not own or have authorization to analyze
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by Outlyst — including AI rewrites, financial studies, and competitor analyses — is provided to you for your own commercial use. The underlying Service, software, branding, and methodology remain the exclusive property of Outlyst. You retain ownership of any listing data you submit.

7. Third-Party Data

Outlyst uses publicly available data from PropertyFinder, the Dubai Land Department (DLD), and other public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for client communications or transactions.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outlyst uses large language models to generate listing descriptions, market analyses, and recommendations. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing it on PropertyFinder, sharing it with clients, or using it in any official capacity. Outlyst is not liable for the consequences of relying on AI-generated content.

9. RERA Compliance

The Service includes a RERA compliance auditor as a helpful tool. It is not a substitute for legal advice or official RERA review. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your listings comply with all applicable Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and DLD requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlyst, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during the beta period is zero).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
